The Process

  • Consultation

Meet 1:1 with families and caregivers. Briefly discuss the process and oversee expectations of both, families and caregivers. This part will help families and caregivers understand their needs and services provided in the home. Families and caregivers would also receive a welcome packet, with a breakdown of the process in regards to finding a match, legal pay, and educational and instructional resources wanting implemented in the home.

  • Matching Process

Once the family has narrowed down their search, a consultant would meet with the family and caregiver(s) they feel best suit their needs. This is to guarantee that the family and caregiver feel they are best matched. The consultant will refer caregiver and family to Welcome Packet, to make certain fair wages and benefits are met according to the contract set forth between caregiver and family.

  • Follow-Up Consultation

Follow-up sessions will continue for the first 3 months (90 days) after caregiver has been employed. Consultant will meet with family and caregiver, and receive feedback to certify that all needs have been met, and family and caregiver have found their best fit.
