N.A.N. Inc.: Family and Childcare Services was founded by Nan Jackson. She is a wife, mother, and professional nanny. N.A.N. Inc. represents everything Nan loves, who she is, and what she wants to see done for the betterment of families and caregivers. N.A.N. Inc. purpose is to help families and agencies find and educate caregivers to ensure the best fit for all parties involved. The company was built so that caregivers would be educated, informed and encouraged on how to advocate and navigate the hiring process, when joining a family. It was also created to help build confidence in the families before, during, and after the matching and hiring process, when searching for the best type of caregiver for their family.

Another aspect of N.A.N. Inc. is that it believes in caregivers and families feeling supported. N.A.N. Inc. offers support groups for both families and caregivers. The support groups allow those to open up, vent, and discuss a variety of topics that may present themselves. The support group is to build community support and confidence amongst families and caregivers.
