  • Step 1 - Meet 1:1 with families to educate and inform about the process of finding a professional caregiver

  • Step 2 - Help families identify the type of care desired, based on their needs and wants, for the best fit

  • Step 3 - Verifying references and interview process for agency and families

  • Step 4 - Solidifying terms of contract between family and caregiver; preparing for start date

    *All families and caregivers will receive a welcome packet with all information needed for the process

Hands-On Training

Educational Training

  • Certifications that can be acquired

  • CPR and First Aid/AED (Adult and Child)

  • Sleep training, baby led weening, and play methods

Professional Training

  • Aide in determining benefits and contract development

  • Legal rights as a caregiver

  • Advocating for oneself

    *All services provided virtually and in-person

Mentorship Program

  • Mentor new and upcoming sitters and nannies in the childcare industry to support personal and professional growth, development, and success

  • Demonstrating positive role modeling for young girls and teens (in-person gatherings)

Support Services

  • Individual/Group support sessions for nannies, au pairs, and sitters

  • Individual/Group support sessions for families
